  • Perioperative/Critical Care Nursing, Ophthalmic, Ear, Nose, and Throat Nursing, 3 years post-rotation
  • For medical assistants, a three-year post-rotation
  • Candidates for public health nursing (PHN) should have at least one year of practice in midwifery.
  • Age should be under 50 years old, pending medical fitness.

COMPLETED APPLICATION FORM SUBMITTALS

Obtained two quarto-size EMS envelopes and one huge envelope from any health training facility.

  • Use the large envelope for postage to your preferred school.
  • Personalise the two quarto-sized envelopes so that the college of your choice can contact you.
